ZCater - a fully licensed liquor catering business (a division of Art of the Party) was established in Bell in 19851 and founded in New York City in 1965. Our mission is to excel beyond the level of your satisfaction. Focusing on our customers needs, we offer professional and competitively priced services. You may choose from a variety of Hosted and Cash bar packages which can accommodate any event from 25 to 1,000+ guests.
All our packages include 4 hour unlimited bar service, one 6' portable bar, cocktail napkins, stir straws, clear plastic ware in two sizes, ice, and all operational equipment for your bar service type. Our bartenders' uniform consists of black dress pants, white tuxedo shirt, black vest and a tie (unless you specify other attire). We carry $2,000,000 in liquor liability insurance and $2,000,000 in general liability insurance which will be included to your package without additional charge.

Bell history:
Bell is a city in Los Angeles County, California. The population was 36,664 in the 2000 census.[5] Bell is located on the west bank of the Los Angeles River and is a suburb of the city of Los Angeles. At 2.5 square miles, it is number thirteen in [6] the twenty-five smallest cities in area in the United States with population of at least 25,000.[5][7]
City residents voted to become a charter city in a special municipal election on November 29, 2005. Fewer than 400 voters turned out for that special election.[8]
Bell is located at 33°58′42″N 118°10′58″W / 33.97833°N 118.18278°W / 33.97833; -118.18278 (33.978414, -118.182908).[25]
According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 6.3 km² (2.4 mi²). 5.3 km² (2.0 mi²) of it is land and 0.4 km² (0.2 mi²) of it (6.44%) is water.
