ZCater - a catering business (a division of Art of the Party) was established in Carson in 1985 and founded in New York City in 1965. ZCater is proud to be the preferred kosher caterer at many temples and numerous homes in Carson. ZCater can provide you with full service catering for any of your Carson special occasions. Carson history:
Carson is a city in Los Angeles County, California. As of the 2008 census, Carson had a total population of 92,366. It is located 13 miles south of downtown Los Angeles, and is known as a suburb of the city. Incorporated on February 20, 1968, Carson is the youngest municipality in the South Bay region of Greater Los Angeles
Carson is located at 33°50′23″N 118°15′35″W / 33.83972°N 118.25972°W / 33.83972; -118.25972 (33.839684, -118.259588).
According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 49.1 km² (19.0 mi²). 48.8 km² (18.8 mi²) of it is land and 0.3 km² (0.1 mi²) of it (0.63%) is water.
Carson is bordered by West Compton on the north, Compton on the northeast, Long Beach on the east, Wilmington on the south, and West Carson and Harbor Gateway on the west.
