Located at 34°6′52″N 117°46′17″W / 34.11444°N 117.77139°W / 34.11444; -117.77139 (34.114361, -117.771348), La Verne is a suburb 30 miles (48 km) east of Los Angeles. It lies on the northwest edge of the Pomona valley at the foothills of the San Gabriel Mountains.
